How is this coaching program different?

You have probably cycled through many conventional diets and by now you know, deep down, that diets don’t work.

They don’t work for the simple reason that they never address the actual reason why you eat the way you do: and that reason is, your emotions.

You know what you ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’ eat: so if you could think your way to weight loss you’d have done it already.

But diets don’t address what to do when:

  • You’re turning to food for stress-relief after a rough day.
  • You’re uncontrollably stuffing down food to stop the hurt after an argument.

It was all enough to leave me feeling totally helpless. But I’ve found something that works and want to share it with you.

The root cause of my unsustainable dieting

Despite extensive knowledge of nutrition, I wasted two decades of my life yo-yoing from one diet to the next, out of control of my relationship with food and weight.

A health scare forced me off the diet-binge band wagon, and made me look for deeper solutions.

When I learnt how to tolerate difficult, unpleasant emotions (you know, the ones we all run away from like stress, boredom, anxiety, guilt, shame, fear, rejection), everything about my life changed. 

Finally, I found the sustainable weight loss I had been fruitlessly seeking for years. And it came along with vibrant health, consistent energy, and vitality for an active and confident life.

I’m a certified Life Coach and Mindful Eating and Body Acceptance Expert, with an MA in Therapeutic Social Work. I’ve been a teacher of meditation for over 20 years.

What's the best way to work through this program?

This program has the power to change your life but only if you complete the modules and exercises. My recommendation is that you schedule in undistracted time to work through the sessions.

About the Coach

I am a certified Life Coach and Mindful Eating and Body Acceptance Expert. I also have an MA in Therapeutic Social Work. For 9 years I worked as a hospice social worker, specialising in providing psychological and emotional support to end of life patients and bereaved relatives come to terms with loss, trauma and other painful life events. Part of this support included helping to them cope with the emotions of stress, anxiety and fear.

I have studied some of the world’s leading experts on the psychology of eating and transformative coaching including Tony Robbins, Michelle May, Jan Chozen, Marc Davis, Geneen Roth and James Clear to name a few. Currently, I am studying with Brendan Burchard, world renown High Performance Coach.

I am also a meditation practitioner and have been teaching meditation classes, retreats and workshop for over 20 years.
